[iphone-java] Activating EDGE? Getting GPS Position?

2) Sorry to hear there is currently no JocStrap-Support for CoreLocation.
Perhaps in the future? :-)
1) This does not work for me :-( I've tested this with my (console)
Application as user root. The connection will not be activated.
As user root and mobile I tried "ping -c 20 217.72.195.42" in MobileTerminal
several times and alway get "ping: sendto: No route to host", no automatic
activation :-(
If the connection is active (by opening MobileMail) both my app and ping
work fine.
