Cydia should support uninstallation

Description

When you uninstall Cydia using AppTapp? Installer, there should be a script that asks apt to uninstall all installed packages in order to provide a really clean removal. This procedure has been tested on the test phone and worked as expected. (Thanks goes out to cromas for this idea!)

The Installer bootstrap is no longer a viable method of installing Cydia, invalidating this enhancement.
