Phone hangs when receiving call and cydia update

Description
When cydia(on iphone 2.0) is running an update, or even when it is downloading an application, and I receive a call, the phone hangs. I am unable to receive or cancel the call. The screen shows the call screen with a revolving process bar(like the one in respring).
