SynchStep Fails to Uninstall

Description
When attempting to uninstall SynchStep?, the operation appears to succeed, and the 'Close Window' button appears, but is unresponsive. After a force quit/restart of the phone, an icon titled 'SynchStep?' with a white icon remains on the springboard.
