Description
Trying to use iPhone to provide net connection via 3G data service. I have tried Slirp with both Mac OS/X pppd and Linux pppd; with Linux I am able to ping 10.0.0.2 but can't telnet to 10.0.0.0 (though this could just be a refusal on telnet's part); with Mac OS/X I can't ping the other end. In neither case can I connect to known IP addresses on the net (and of course DNS doesn't work).
When I fire up Slirp and pppd they connect OK (and stay connected); they just don't transfer packets.
Attached file is the script that I've been using; I will attach log files later, but I haven't seen anything particularly useful in them.
Has Slirp been tested and found to work? If so, it would be helpful to see a script that got it to work.
