Localization of Cydia...

Description
I would suggest that Cydia have added to it Localization, wherein during the actual setup process, the user selects the language s/he wishes to use. Then, Cydia proceeds to install, using the respective language in it's text/dialogs/alert messages/etc., thus affording the user a fully localized experience.
I would suggest the Localization files be linked in the wiki so they are easily assessable to users(without having to d/l the repo), making them editable within the wiki(logged users of course), so user's need only visit the site, and make any additions/edits directly in their browser... somewhat hassle free. After all, people that will contribute to translations will most likely not be programmers, or be interested in d/'ing the source. Additionally, it affords non-programer users the opportunity to contribute, which increases the number of possible contributers.
