Canceling a package installation hangs for 2.5 seconds

Select any package. Tap Install. The Confirm window opens. Tap Cancel. The button changes visually to show it's depressed, but gets stuck like that. After around 2.5 seconds, the Confirm window finally disappears.

<saurik> what's happening is it's rebuilding the entire in-memory apt database, as all the flags were damaged during the "figure out what we are changing" step
