built-in browser should support pinch zooming

Description
The built-in browser should pinch zoom like Safari. I tried just activating gestures, but that caused you to only be able to zoom in, and the page just looked stupidly streteched. Someone (probably me) needs to figure out how to let you zoom out as well as how to refresh the graphics of the browser so it looks crisp again.
