SSH into your phone or install Mobile Termainal (on phone) or mobile browser on your windoze machine [ http://iphonebrowser.googlecode.com/files/SetupiPhoneBrowser.1.7.exe ], delete the file /etc/apt/sources.list.d/bigboss.list

then add manually the following source to cydia:

http://apt.bigboss.us.com/repofiles/cydia/

that should fix your issue
