Aptitude freezes

Description

Aptitude freezes on exit and after a package download (just before spawning console for the installation). Tried it with different TERM settings, over ssh and on terminal. Works fine when used without the gui (aptitude install, update, etc..).

Installed version is 0.4.4-1

Is there any additional info I could provide?

I bet this is probably a bug in glib (the same one that is affecting ircii). Technically a bug in the iPhone firmware, poll() apparently doesn't work (told to me by core) and we need to port glib to use select().
