traceroute does not work: 

root# traceroute www.google.com
traceroute: Warning: www.google.com has multiple addresses; using 209.85.129.147
traceroute: ifaddrlist: SIOCGIFADDR: pdp_ip0: Can't assign requested address

Tried with -i xxx, -s xxx, combinations of those without success. As I can remember this error was in 1.1.4 too.

This program may simply never work due to kernel limitations?
